There are 52 weeks in a year, so it means there are 52 Saturdays and 52 Sundays.

365 total days – one 04 weekend days = 261 working days.

So by removing only the weekends, we have a standard 261 work days in a year.

Extra work is then paid extra money which is almost 1.5 time their regular rate for any hour.  For example, if an employee earns $30 per hour his overtime rate might be 1.5 times greater than the regular rate which would be almost $40 an hour.
